The estate is a duplex, also includes a second floor home with a full kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms and one bathroom home. A separate listing is available. You will have a private entry, Yale lock installed for guests self check in. Parking provided up to 2 vehicles. Parking Information: The property is located at the corner of Marengo Ave and Commonwealth Ave. For your convenience, you can park from either direction, allowing easy access to both streets. Entry Code: Management will send you the entry code via text and email 24 to 48 hours before your check-in date.
